Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to every service and system Talent Alliance Hub provides. Talent Alliance Hub is operated by Creative Business Automation, 66 Avenue des Champs-Elysees, 75008 Paris, France. You can reach us at any time at hello@talentalliancehub.com.

1. Scope

What we deliver, for which price and by when is set out in your proposal, order or payment page. If something in your written proposal differs from these terms, the proposal applies. Any change of scope is agreed in writing, an email is enough.

2. Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars, as quoted. For systems we build for you, 50% is paid to start and 50% on completion, unless your proposal says otherwise. Monthly plans are paid in advance for each month through your secure payment page, and each month starts when its payment is received. Payments are processed in the name of our company, Creative Business Automation.

Costs charged by other companies are not included and are paid by you, for example advertising spend, calling and phone line credit, paid data or software tools, domains and licenses. We always tell you before such a cost is needed.

If a payment is late we may pause the service until it is received. We tell you first.

3. Taxes

Some countries apply withholding tax on invoices. Any such tax is paid by you to your tax authority, and the invoice amount remains due in full.

4. What we need from you

You give us accurate information and the access, lists and materials the work needs. If an input we need arrives late, the delivery date moves by the same time.

5. Delivery and results

We work to deliver on time, to a high standard, and to keep you updated as we go. Because results also depend on your market, offer and prospects, we commit to the work and the quality of the work, not to a specific number of meetings, sales or revenue.

6. Ownership

A system you buy outright belongs to you once it is paid in full. Where a system is included in a monthly plan, ownership follows what your proposal says. Your data always remains yours.

7. Monthly plans

Monthly plans renew one month at a time. You can stop before your next month begins, and nothing further is charged.

8. Confidentiality and data

We keep your business information confidential and use it only to deliver your service. Calls made for you may be recorded and transcribed for quality and reporting. Our Privacy Policy explains how personal data is handled.

9. Marketplace orders

Orders placed through Fiverr or Upwork are also governed by that platform's terms.

10. Questions and disagreements

If something is not right, tell us in writing within 8 days of the delivery concerned and we will work to put it right. We always try to settle any disagreement directly and amicably first. These terms are governed by French law.
